Angst about Studying

I am having so much angst about re-enrolling that I must take a step back and work out a plan to settle myself into reality again!

1. Breathe [take a few deep breaths to centre yourself]
2. Meditate [www.freemeditation.com]
3. Tap any problems or objections that come up![www.tapping.com]
4. Make a plan or a study schedule that I can manage [simple excel file will do!]

....Ooooh, I feel better already!
